Living without an address

Through a stroll through the city of Paris, this dissertation explores ways in which homeless people live in public spaces.
By following paths that take us to places experienced daily in life on the streets, it asks what it means to “make yourself at home” outside of housing. The street therefore appears as a space that is lived in, fragmented, made of adjustments, and fragile routines.

This research therefore proposes a shift in how living in a situation of severe hardship is seen.
