In response to ecological and economic challenges, CampBike promotes low-impact mobility as a way to reconnect with nature. Designed for mountain biking and trail riding, the project proposes a new way of travelling rooted in nomadic culture and wild camping.
Following a “minimum material” approach, the system integrates directly with the bicycle, using its frame as the structural backbone of the shelter. Foldable and portable, it provides an affordable, lightweight form of accommodation designed for cycle tourists and bivouac enthusiasts.
CampBike explores the balance between minimal equipment and habitability. This temporary shelter enables an immersive experience of the natural environment while aiming to leave no trace behind.
