The project organizes the site through a network of walkways connecting the urban space to the creative spaces. From the outside, a promenade extending from Rue Daguerre wraps around the building to guide visitors. Inside, suspended walkways and strategically placed openings offer direct views of the Arte print shop, allowing visitors to observe the production process without disrupting the artisans’ work. This architectural design connects the Arte printing house, the Maeght Gallery, and the bookstore within a space of constant exchange. At the center of the complex, a café serves as a link between the foundation’s lobby and that of its hotel. Located on the top two floors, this accommodation complements the building’s program and provides a place to host artists.
