Stemming from a visit to the Miró Foundation in Barcelona, this dissertation explores the horizon in its perceptible and spatial complexity. Far from being a simple line denoting the end of the visual field, the horizon reveals itself to be a third space, born from the relationship between body, architecture and the world.
Through the study of three modern Mediterranean architectures, this research examines the Mediterranean as a land of poetry, where the experience of space and landscape opens up towards infinity.
