Inspired by the Maeght Foundation’s philosophy of hospitality, the project brings together an art print shop, a gallery, educational spaces, and living areas around a single idea: making the creative process visible without disrupting those who work there. The print shop features large production spaces capable of accommodating industrial machinery and demanding printing processes. This scale of production aligns with the project’s brutalist aesthetic through its open volumes, unobstructed floors, and clear structural layout. In contrast to this technical dimension, the garden, greenhouse, and terraces provide a retreat. Maintained by the botanist, they offer artisans and residents quieter spaces, set apart from the public and the activity of the workshops.
