What If the Computer Became a More Sensory Tool?
Since the rise of computer-aided design in the 1990s, designers and creatives have grown accustomed to working with keyboards, mice, and specialised software. Gradually, the creative gesture has been reduced to a click, sometimes becoming nothing more than a sentence today: a prompt.
This project proposes a new poetics of the digital tool. Inspired by musical instruments, this synthesiser allows users to “play with form” as they would play an instrument, creating in a way that is immediate, sensory, tactile, and deeply rooted in the present moment.
By introducing tangible and analogue interfaces, the project makes digital matter feel malleable again.
