In a context where the well-being of Lebanese people has become a priority, it is imperative to rethink our living spaces. How can we build from what remains? How can art and architecture contribute to the happiness and togetherness of the people of Lebanon?
The project aims to transform a historic villa in the south of Lebanon into a place of life and creation for artists. This villa, a cultural legacy of the Boustany family, dating back to the 19th century, has not been renovated since the war. The aim would be to bring it back to life, offering a retreat space for a local population seeking to connect with themselves, nature and their community.
This drop-in centre will be a space for Lebanese people to meet, exchange and be inspired.
