Renaissance by the Sea

Nestled in the coastal town of Palm Beach, this project revives a historic Spanish mission-style house dating from 1928. This architectural gem, which reflects the region’s rich heritage, has lost its original charm due to renovations, making its restoration essential. My project will bring this historic structure back to life by restoring its original characteristics and incorporating modern amenities. The boutique hotel will combine historical charm with contemporary comfort. Large windows and open spaces will enhance the ocean views, and the use of local materials will anchor the project in its unique coastal context. The hotel will offer an immersive experience, honouring the past while embracing the present, celebrating and protecting the heritage of Palm Beach.
