In recent years, the topic of end-of-life and palliative care has returned to the forefront. In this context, I look at creating a place dedicated to supporting the final moments of people at the end of their lives, while considering the future through a memorial approach. As such, this place would not only provide palliative care, but would also be designed as a space where individuals could contemplate and prepare for “afterwards” by leaving their memory through their voice. These memories would then be available to listen to along the footpath adjacent to the centre, allowing loved ones to come and gather there, surrounded by nature.
