SEEDS OF LIBERTY is an educational journey the evolutionary stages of heirloom seeds.
Unlike hybrid seeds, they are extremely resilient and therefore develop rich-tasting flesh while also responding to the food and climate challenge. Through this journey, we learn by seeing and working with seeds in real life, taking full advantage of the viewpoints that Cap Sicié offers.
The location is based on the different forms of learning and transmission, involving listening, handling, taste experience and conversation around these varieties, whether they are plants, fruits or seeds. Through the interior design, the focus of the protagonist is on the learning and handling material.
