“The Heart in Combat” is an innovative project aimed at supporting military personnel and their partners through the transition between their deployment and their return home. Inspired by “decompression” (DcN) for soldiers, this programme also recognises the needs of partners who endure psychological pressure, fears and responsibilities. At the heart of the ruins of Cap Sicié, this stay offers a unique environment for couples to reconnect.
The aim is to strengthen communication, trust and cohesion between couples through activities led by psychology professionals. Couples will be immersed in an environment that combines aspects of military and domestic lifestyles, thereby promoting a better mutual understanding.
