In 2035, major technological advances are radically transforming our social interactions, raising concerns about the possible disappearance of authentic human relationships in favour of virtual connections. Through the use of Impressionist paintings from the 19th century, an era symbolising sincere social interactions and French cultural influence, our vision for the Sofitel of tomorrow aims to create an experience free from technological interference, thereby restoring authentic connections.
“Cosy nooks” are small lounges that allow individuals to gather and connect in a quiet and cosy environment. These spaces act as transition areas between shadow and light, while also serving to separate common spaces. They are specifically designed to encourage human encounters.
