Details play a major role around us, despite their smallness. I therefore give them my full attention in this dissertation. Beyond the technical aspect, I seek to understand their meaning, the reason for their presence, chosen by the designer, the architect. Maybe they make it easier to get to grips with a space? Through different fields of study and creativity, the aim will be to understand the value and importance of details in our environment. Navigating between definitions and poetic writing, we will see how important it can be to consider details. A way of working in depth on places with meaningful details, paying attention, for a better appreciation of the whole.
