Located in Paris’s 14th arrondissement, the Arte Maeght printing plant has a rich industrial and artistic history. This project proposes reimagining it as a reversible structure, capable of evolving over time and accommodating various uses without major renovations. The challenge is to conceive of an adaptable architecture, designed not as a static object but as a living entity, open to future changes.
Conceived as a new cultural venue for the Daguerre neighborhood, the project seeks to create an open, accessible, and evolving space where heritage, contemporary creation, and a diversity of uses coexist sustainably. Architecture thus becomes a framework capable of supporting the transformations of the site and its surrounding area over time.
