Guiding Thread reimagines a residential facility for families of patients at Bicêtre Hospital, south of Paris, transforming it into a more functional, welcoming space adapted to contemporary needs.
The project aims to bring the building up to current standards while encouraging a greater sense of sharing and togetherness within the communal areas. Inspired by the codes of hospitality design, the bedrooms provide a warm and comfortable environment, conceived to strengthen residents’ sense of welcome, privacy, and well-being.
