On y trouve un accueil principal pour les m\u00e9tiers en r\u00e9sidence comme des architectes d&#8217;int\u00e9rieur, des designers, avec des bureaux, des ateliers et des espaces partag\u00e9s pour des r\u00e9unions. Le jardin devant ce b\u00e2timent est d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux potagers o\u00f9 se sert un chef cuisinier en r\u00e9sidence.\n&#8211; Le p\u00f4le d\u00e9couverte est un lieu collaboratif, il re\u00e7oit au premier \u00e9tage des ateliers assez bruyants avec un atelier de li\u00e8ge et de bois, un fablab. Le deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tage est un espace plus silencieux avec un coworking, un incubateur pour jeune dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 d\u2019architecture int\u00e9rieure et design, un atelier pour c\u00e9ramiste et potier et enfin une salle de cours de peinture. Dans le b\u00e2timent annexe on retrouve une salle polyvalente recevant des ateliers pour \u00e9cole et des formations.\nDes ateliers sont propos\u00e9s pour les \u00e9coles \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires environnantes et le fablab ainsi que le co-working sont accessibles au public. L\u2019incubateur est un espace pour les jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s en architecture et design et propose des sessions avec diff\u00e9rents intervenants.\n<\/figcaption>\n    <\/article>\n\n\n<article class=\"misc-separator bloc\">\n    <hr class=\"misc-separator__hr\">\n<\/article>\n\n\n<article class=\"img-fullscreen bloc\">\n    <div class=\"img-fullscreen__content type-image\">\n        <a href=\"https:\/\/diploma.ecolecamondo.fr\/content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/axono-pole-culturel-traits-ill-01.jpg\" class=\"img-fullscreen__wrapper type-block cursor-more no-cursor-simple function-lightbox js-cursor-state\" data-cursor=\"zoom\">\n            <img class=\"img-fullscreen__img img-responsive type-hidden style-lazy js-lazy\" data-src=\"https:\/\/diploma.ecolecamondo.fr\/content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/axono-pole-culturel-traits-ill-01-1440x1018.jpg\" data-height=\"2828\" data-width=\"4000\" alt=\"\">\n        <\/a>\n    <\/div>\n        <figcaption class=\"img-fullscreen__legend p-legend style-center typo-scope\">Le p\u00f4le culturel dans les casemates est d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux espaces que l\u2019on d\u00e9taille dans ce projet.\u00a0\nLe restaurant est un restaurant d\u2019application pour les \u00e9tudiants du lyc\u00e9e h\u00f4telier Anne-Sophie Pic et il est men\u00e9 par un chef cuisinier local en r\u00e9sidence qui r\u00e9alise aussi la partie traiteur lors de vernissage.\nL\u2019amphith\u00e9\u00e2tre accueille des conf\u00e9rences, des projections et des lectures de livres.\nDans l\u2019espace d\u2019exposition, les artistes, designers et architectes d\u2019int\u00e9rieurs exposent leurs travaux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s pendant leur r\u00e9sidence.\n<\/figcaption>\n    <\/article>\n\n\n<article class=\"misc-separator bloc\">\n    <hr class=\"misc-separator__hr\">\n<\/article>\n\n\n\n<article class=\"text-paragraph bloc\"><div class=\"text-paragraph__content type-text\"><div class=\"text-paragraph__wrapper wrapper typo-scope\"><p class=\"text-paragraph__text p-paragraph style-center gut-hook-text\">La r\u00e9habilitation de la caserne en un tiers-lieu vise \u00e0 travailler sur le concept de l\u2019entre-deux, des pi\u00e8ces de transition offrant un moment de respiration et une meilleure lisibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019espace. Le concept am\u00e8ne \u00e0 la fois une s\u00e9paration et une continuit\u00e9 entre les activit\u00e9s.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n<article class=\"img-fullscreen bloc\">\n    <div class=\"img-fullscreen__content type-image\">\n        <a href=\"https:\/\/diploma.ecolecamondo.fr\/content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/concept-archi-2-01.jpg\" class=\"img-fullscreen__wrapper type-block cursor-more no-cursor-simple function-lightbox js-cursor-state\" data-cursor=\"zoom\">\n            <img class=\"img-fullscreen__img img-responsive type-hidden style-lazy js-lazy\" data-src=\"https:\/\/diploma.ecolecamondo.fr\/content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/concept-archi-2-01-1018x1440.jpg\" data-height=\"4000\" data-width=\"2828\" alt=\"\">\n        <\/a>\n    <\/div>\n        <figcaption class=\"img-fullscreen__legend p-legend style-center typo-scope\">Nous avons choisi de travailler sur le lien, la connexion des espaces. On a donc pens\u00e9 deux passages qui traversent les cinq casemates\u00a0servant de lien, de d\u00e9ambulation entre les activit\u00e9s r\u00e9partis dans chacunes des casemates.\u00a0\nCes activit\u00e9s sont : l\u2019espace d\u2019exposition, la biblioth\u00e8que, l\u2019amphith\u00e9\u00e2tre et le restaurant et sa cuisine.\u00a0\nReprenant le volume des vo\u00fbtes, ces passages sont neutres, purs et contrastent avec les diff\u00e9rentes ambiances des espaces. Pour chaque espace du p\u00f4le, nous avons attribu\u00e9 une couleur permettant \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur de rep\u00e9rer gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une arche en m\u00e9tal chacunes des activit\u00e9s. Des \u00e9tag\u00e8res en bois et m\u00e9tal sont dispos\u00e9es de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la pi\u00e8ce et avec deux tables pour travailler. \n<\/figcaption>\n    <\/article>\n\n\n\n<article class=\"text-title bloc\"><div class=\"text-title__content type-text\"><div class=\"text-title__wrapper wrapper typo-scope\"><p class=\"text-title__text h-paragraph style-center gut-hook-text\">Amphith\u00e9\u00e2tre<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n<article class=\"img-fullscreen bloc\">\n    <div class=\"img-fullscreen__content type-image\">\n        <a \u00e0 un mobilier reprenant la forme de celui du cin\u00e9ma mais en y int\u00e9grant des lampes pour la lecture.\n<\/figcaption>\n    <\/article>\n\n\n\n<article class=\"text-title bloc\"><div class=\"text-title__content type-text\"><div class=\"text-title__wrapper wrapper typo-scope\"><p class=\"text-title__text h-paragraph style-center gut-hook-text\">Restaurant signal\u00e9tique d\u2019identifier les activit\u00e9s.\n<\/figcaption>\n    <\/article>\n\n\n<article class=\"img-fullscreen bloc\">\n    <div class=\"img-fullscreen__content type-image\">\n        <a href=\"https:\/\/diploma.ecolecamondo.fr\/content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/resized_vue-2-final.jpg\" class=\"img-fullscreen__wrapper type-block cursor-more no-cursor-simple function-lightbox <figcaption class=\"img-fullscreen__legend p-legend style-center typo-scope\">Sur le dessus des casemates, les lumi\u00e8res z\u00e9nithales nous ont aid\u00e9 \u00e0 penser le jardin, de fa\u00e7on lin\u00e9aire avec un rythme al\u00e9atoire de chemins et de zones plant\u00e9es.\u00a0\nNous avons repris les arches m\u00e9talliques, des passages en acier corten cr\u00e9ant une installation et illustrant \u00e0 nouveau notre concept de l\u2019entre-deux. Ce jardin situ\u00e9 entre le p\u00f4le priv\u00e9 et le p\u00f4le d\u00e9couverte permet la liaison entre les trois p\u00f4les. C\u00f4t\u00e9 ville m\u00e9di\u00e9vale, nous avons am\u00e9nag\u00e9 un bar en liaison avec le restaurant. C\u00f4t\u00e9 p\u00f4le priv\u00e9, il y a un jardin pour y cultiver les fruits et l\u00e9gumes pour le restaurant. This site is now a route of passage between these two areas, an interlude. We chose to develop our project by working on this concept of intermediate, liminal and transitional spaces that function as a \"blank\", a moment of \"pause\", a breath. The role of these transitional spaces is to define both the places they separate and the places they connect. They should lead to an interruption of movement and continuity in equal measure. We have therefore designed two galleries on either side of the bunkers to act as a transition.
