This space will be attractive, moving and vibrant with humanity, serving as a new source of oxygen for the city of Toulon, where meeting, exchange and sharing between individuals prevails.
As stakeholders in this project, residents will ensure regular maintenance and an endless cycle, nourishing and bringing the different areas of this third place to life, in symbiosis with the \"co-tenants\", i.e. the daily public.
