The building will become an area for sharing, learning and awareness. Resident designers will have their own spaces, and visitors will be able to discover and learn.

Toulon has been part of a maritime network creating dialogue between different cultures since ancient times. The Mediterranean, this \"sea between lands\", is the enduring link between civilisations.

This project aims to capture the essence of this geographical region.
