For many years, the economic engine of the \u00cele d'Yeu, this sector is now at a standstill, in stark contrast to the island's vibrant tourism and residential activity. This project aims to revitalise it by drawing on its maritime heritage and island culture. A pathway runs through the neighbourhood, connecting the various planned spaces: housing for residents, local shops, areas overlooking the seafront and the site's historical significance.
