Le temps d\u2019une pause est une installation \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re et nomade d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la pause, un espace temporaire qui invite chacun \u00e0 ralentir, \u00e0 se reconnecter \u00e0 soi-m\u00eame et \u00e0 red\u00e9couvrir le pouvoir r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rant du repos. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Nomade et modulable, cette structure peut se d\u00e9placer dans divers espaces urbains, parcs, places publiques, campus, festivals, afin de toucher un large public et d\u2019initier un dialogue autour de l\u2019importance du repos. Il se module par rapport \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 des usagers souhait\u00e9, selon la place disponible et la forme de l\u2019espace. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

In our societies, taking a break is often frowned upon. Breaks are associated with laziness, inaction, disengagement. Yet its benefits have been demonstrated by many neuroscientific studies.
Taking a break is meeting a fundamental need. It's about allowing the body and mind to regenerate. But in a world that values speed and efficiency, this need is ignored.
This manifesto project offers a temporary space of retreat, a sensory bracket that promotes disconnection as an interruption in the rhythm of everyday life. It re-establishes the break as a legitimate, essential, and beneficial act.
