Le rituel du chocolat chaud s\u2019articule autour d\u2019un objet mythique, tomb\u00e9 dans l\u2019oubli au fil des ann\u00e9es : la chocolati\u00e8re. Elle permet, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son moulinet, de continuer \u00e0 faire mousser le chocolat une fois sorti du feu, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit servi \u00e0 table. Le service est accompagn\u00e9 de tasses et coupelles, de m\u00eame qu’un plateau laqu\u00e9. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n
