Diff\u00e9rentes typologies de Logements temporaires<\/strong> : environ 50 logements modulables, pens\u00e9s pour respecter l\u2019intimit\u00e9 de chacun.
Les cuisines sont regroup\u00e9es<\/strong> dans un espace commun, ce qui permet de lib\u00e9rer de la place pour plus de chambres, tout en favorisant les \u00e9changes autour des repas.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la Seine, la structure s\u2019ouvre en belv\u00e9d\u00e8re, offrant un espace contemplatif au-dessus du fleuve, un lieu de pause et de respiration, connect\u00e9 \u00e0 la nature.

The aim is to create a space that is accessible to everyone, encouraging encounters, intergenerational exchanges, and social interactions.

Revitalising the halls to create a vibrant, open, and sustainable space that blends architectural heritage, social activities and local roots to serve the residents of today and tomorrow.

Far from being a simple architectural gesture, this transformation offers a shared, modular and inclusive hall, designed as a base for multiple activities: workshops, market, culture, catering, etc.
