Face \u00e0 la crise du logement \u00e9tudiant et \u00e0 la hausse des prix, ce projet propose un mod\u00e8le d\u2019habitation compact, \u00e9thique et modulable, construit \u00e0 partir de mat\u00e9riaux de seconde main.\u00a0
Une r\u00e9ponse concr\u00e8te et \u00e9cologique \u00e0 un besoin urgent.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

R\u00e9utilisation<\/strong>

C\u2019est l\u2019usage tel quel d\u2019un objet ou mat\u00e9riau, sans transformation majeure.

Exemple : Un ancien meuble ou une planche r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e qui reprend du service dans le logement.
Avantages : Z\u00e9ro transformation, tr\u00e8s faible empreinte carbone, rapide.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9emploi<\/strong>

On r\u00e9cup\u00e8re un mat\u00e9riau ou composant, on le transforme l\u00e9g\u00e8rement\u00a0pour lui donner un nouvel usage.

Exemple : Une vieille porte devient un plateau de table, des palettes deviennent un sommier.
Avantages : Moins d\u2019extraction de ressources, cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 dans la conception, co\u00fbt r\u00e9duit.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

Recyclage<\/strong>

Le mat\u00e9riau est trait\u00e9 pour redevenir mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re (ex : fonte, broyage, fusion).

Exemple : Le bois compress\u00e9 issu de d\u00e9chets de menuiserie, le plastique refondu.
Avantages : Permet de donner une seconde vie \u00e0 des mat\u00e9riaux d\u00e9grad\u00e9s.
Limites : Plus \u00e9nergivore, n\u00e9cessite des infrastructure<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Les portes des modules ORMA sont con\u00e7ues de mani\u00e8re unique.<\/em>\nAucun motif n\u2019est impos\u00e9, si ce n\u2019est celui du respect des angles droits \u2013 une rigueur qui refl\u00e8te l\u2019organisation, l\u2019ordre, les fondements du projet.<\/em>\nChaque panneau est issu d\u2019un assemblage de morceaux de bois r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/em>\nLeur forme, leur taille, leur couleur ou leur texture ne sont pas choisis pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un dessin pr\u00e9d\u00e9fini, mais pour ce qu\u2019ils r\u00e9v\u00e8lent.<\/em>\nLe geste n\u2019est pas de dominer la mati\u00e8re, mais de l\u2019\u00e9couter.<\/em>\nIl y a bien s\u00fbr un gabarit global, une dimension \u00e0 respecter : la porte dans son ensemble doit r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une fonction.<\/em>\nMais \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de ce cadre, le motif final na\u00eet du hasard des planches, et mat\u00e9riaux disponibles. Il ne se r\u00e9p\u00e8te pas.<\/em>\nChaque porte devient ainsi une composition intuitive, une r\u00e9ponse directe \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux.<\/em>\nC\u2019est une esth\u00e9tique de la contingence, de l\u2019accident heureux, une forme d\u2019improvisation contrainte.<\/em>\nLes tasseaux qui encadrent chaque planchette structurent l\u2019ensemble, \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re d\u2019un vitrail.<\/em>\nIls assurent la tenue, mais ils donnent aussi un rythme visuel, une lecture graphique.<\/em>\nLe syst\u00e8me d\u2019assemblage est invisible : quincaillerie dissimul\u00e9e, tourillons cach\u00e9s\u2026 Le geste technique s’efface pour mieux laisser para\u00eetre la mati\u00e8re brute.<\/em>\nChaque morceau est choisi non pour sa perfection, mais pour ce qu\u2019il raconte : une nuance, une cicatrice, une texture, un reflet de temps.<\/em>\nChaque porte ORMA devient un vitrail de bois, une surface \u00e0 la fois ordonn\u00e9e et expressive.<\/em>\nElles racontent comment l\u2019intelligence de la main peut transformer des rebuts en beaut\u00e9.<\/em>\nComment la contrainte du r\u00e9emploi peut devenir moteur de cr\u00e9ation.<\/em>\nEt comment l\u2019imparfait peut devenir singulier.<\/em>\n<\/figcaption>\n <\/article>\n","protected":false},"author":77,"featured_media":46192,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_metafield_presentation":"In the face of student poverty and a constant reduction in living space, ORMA sees itself as a compact living cell, designed as a cocoon that is both soothing and stimulating.
