As construction proliferates, many old buildings are left to decay, overtaken by vegetation.

The project is part of a rehabilitation dynamic: restoring an abandoned building to make it both a family home and a guest house. The Martinea farm is the focus of this initiative, driven by customers who are genuinely seeking answers.

I intend to emphasise the omnipresence of the sky, the landscape and the climate by suggesting a design that places the outdoors at the heart of the experience.
