Today\u2019s public schools accommodate increasingly hybrid approaches to learning, combining collective teaching, small-group work, and independent study. Yet many school buildings remain organised according to a spatial model inherited from more traditional, teacher-led and compartmentalised forms of education.

The Valmondois school complex illustrates this disconnect. Built through a series of successive additions, it has developed a fragmented spatial organisation that is difficult to navigate and poorly suited to evolving educational practices.

The project proposes to restructure the school around a system of activity spaces designed to accommodate different modes of learning.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n

A environ 32 km au nord-ouest de Paris, dans le parc naturel r\u00e9gional du Vexin, se situe Valmondois. Cette commune de l\u2019Oise, majoritairement agricole se d\u00e9ploie le long de la vall\u00e9e travers\u00e9e par le Sausseron, affluent de l\u2019Oise. Le long de l\u2019axe principal se situe son \u00e9cole publique, gard\u00e9e de la rue par la mairie.\n<\/figcaption>\n <\/article>\n\n\n
