Originally considered a precious commodity, coffee has gradually lost some of its depth, becoming part of increasingly mechanical and individualised daily routines that often conceal the very process of its transformation, from bean to grind to cup. This project seeks to restore value to the coffee bean by placing it at the centre of a sensory tasting experience that reveals its richness, varieties, nuances, and complexity. Inspired by the perspective of Impressionist painters, I explore how objects can evoke sensations rooted in the present moment through an experience shaped by the senses, time, and gesture.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n

Corpus de r\u00e9f\u00e9rences\n<\/figcaption>\n <\/article>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 travers une sc\u00e9nographie et une collection d\u2019objets pens\u00e9s pour la d\u00e9gustation, il s\u2019agit d\u2019accorder au caf\u00e9 un temps \u00e0 part, de r\u00e9inventer un rituel qui r\u00e9v\u00e8le peu \u00e0 peu les secrets de cette boisson. La d\u00e9gustation prendrait place dans les arri\u00e8re-boutiques des sp\u00e9cialistes du caf\u00e9, dans un espace intime et feutr\u00e9. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n

Au-del\u00e0 de montrer ou de contenir, les objets permettent de sugg\u00e9rer, de laisser appara\u00eetre progressivement des perceptions, des sensations. La forme conique et \u00e9nigmatique participe de cette logique : leurs usages ne se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent pleinement que pendant l\u2019exp\u00e9rience, au moment de la d\u00e9gustation. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n
