Behind a Haussmannian street frontage, the Tilleuils residence shelters a secluded world. LIMEN draws on this discreet interiority to create a contemporary refuge for young people. In response to the growing mental health challenges faced by teenagers and young adults, as well as the gradual disappearance of small, historic residential complexes, the project reactivates an ordinary architectural heritage through interior design. The inner courtyard becomes a garden to move through and inhabit; the buildings open up, connect, and are reconfigured. An architecture of transitions shapes the passages between the city, the reception areas, communal spaces, and places of retreat.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n

Le concept se r\u00e9sume en une progression : la ville, la bulle prot\u00e9g\u00e9e, l\u2019intimit\u00e9. Le jeune ne passe jamais brutalement de la rue \u00e0 l’espace intime.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

L’espace est organis\u00e9 par degr\u00e9s d’exposition. Plus on avance, plus on se prot\u00e8ge : le rez-de-chauss\u00e9e accueille, le R+1 accompagne, le R+2 prot\u00e8ge.

L\u2019existant porte la m\u00e9moire du lieu, tandis que le Corten vient signaler la greffe contemporaine. La passerelle transforme un ensemble fragment\u00e9 en un parcours continu.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n
