To transform the ARTE printing plant into a living extension of the Maeght Foundation in Paris: that is the project\u2019s ambition. Nestled in the heart of the block, this unassuming industrial building becomes the setting for an unexpected encounter between Paris\u2019s industrial heritage and the Mediterranean imagination.

The renovation seeks neither to erase the printing plant\u2019s raw identity nor to replicate the Maeght Foundation. Instead, it reinterprets its signature elements\u2014light, clean lines, terracotta, and the blue-green hues of the pools\u2014to create a bright, sensitive, and immersive atmosphere.

A gallery, archives, bookstore, and print shop come together to form a vibrant space where art is exhibited, produced, preserved, and shared.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n

Ce projet est n\u00e9 d\u2019une rencontre assez inattendue : celle d\u2019un b\u00e2timent industriel parisien, discret et presque cach\u00e9, avec l\u2019imaginaire lumineux, m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en de la Fondation Maeght.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

Le dernier \u00e9tage : le restaurant <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n

L\u2019am\u00e9nagement du restaurant repose sur une id\u00e9e principale : mettre la vue au c\u0153ur du projet, tout en transformant la longueur du plateau en qualit\u00e9 spatiale. Plac\u00e9 en toiture, en retrait de l\u2019espace public, il fonctionne comme l\u2019aboutissement du parcours : une destination \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du projet.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n
