Nestled in the heart of Rue Daguerre, just off a carriageway, this project builds on the area\u2019s commercial heritage. It centers on the artisanal expertise of the Arte print shop, which engages in a dialogue with a student residence, further enhancing the site\u2019s vitality. This interplay of uses transforms the space into a constantly evolving environment where connections are forged between artisanal practice, learning, and neighborhood life.

Light, the project\u2019s central theme, reveals and structures the various uses according to the site\u2019s sunlight conditions. Balancing reversible renovation with heritage preservation, this project capitalizes on the existing industrial architectural qualities and aims to transform the site into a vibrant, communal, and creative space.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n
