The secretary, a heritage object with roots in writing desks and letter boxes, serves as a domestic vessel for preserving personal traces.
Conceived here as an evolving repository of memory, it bears the mark of each individual\u2014like a testimony or an imprint added over time.
Within this temporal continuity, the secretary becomes a vessel for family heritage, capable of holding and preserving fragments that are passed down and reinterpreted from one generation to the next.
Opening the cabinet becomes a staging of secrecy, transforming access to the objects into a process of discovery.
The project thus offers a contemporary reinterpretation of the secretary as an object of memory, both through its contents and the ritual of transmission it facilitates.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n
