The Arte-Maeght studio opens its doors to new audiences while preserving the intimacy of its creative process. The space gradually establishes a connection between what is on display and what remains hidden. A visitor\u2019s path winds around the studio, which reveals itself through carefully controlled transparency, allowing visitors to gradually catch glimpses of the activity without exposing it directly.
A series of layers filters the light, modulates the views, organizes the transitions, and structures the spaces, creating a gradation between public and private.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n

Le caf\u00e9 et les archives | La rencontre et le patrimoine<\/em>

Le caf\u00e9 est le lieu de rencontre entre les diff\u00e9rents publics. Il se d\u00e9ploie sur deux \u00e9tages et s\u2019ouvre sur la terrasse l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9. Au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, les archives se devinent en arri\u00e8re-plan \u00e0 travers un mur laissant passer le regard.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

L\u2019exposition | La d\u00e9couverte
<\/em>
Un mur \u00e9pais s\u00e9pare l\u2019atelier d\u2019imprimerie de l\u2019espace d\u2019exposition. Il est perc\u00e9 d\u2019ouvertures qui permettent d\u2019entrevoir certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments de l\u2019imprimerie. Dans son \u00e9paisseur, des niches sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9es et forment des assises ponctuelles, transformant le mur en dispositif habit\u00e9. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

L\u2019espace \u00e9v\u00e9nementiel | La sc\u00e8ne contemporaine<\/em>

Avec la volont\u00e9 de faire de ce lieu une sc\u00e8ne pour les cr\u00e9ateurs contemporains, un espace \u00e9v\u00e9nementiel s’ouvre. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un plateau libre, d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux designers, artistes et cr\u00e9ateurs ext\u00e9rieurs pour exposer et diffuser les arts appliqu\u00e9s qui r\u00e9pond au manque d’offre dans le quartier.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n

La r\u00e9sidence artistique | Le lieu de vie et de cr\u00e9ation

R\u00e9serv\u00e9e \u00e0 des artistes s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s, cette r\u00e9sidence propose un espace de travail propice \u00e0 la concentration. Le logement est s\u00e9quenc\u00e9 par un second jour qui gradue l\u2019espace. Les usages les plus priv\u00e9s sont situ\u00e9s en mezzanine, en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux anciens ateliers d’artistes.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n
