"Épure" features a collection of personal objects — a mirror, box, candle holder, comb and side table — designed to inhabit personal spaces. Their geometric forms, fundamental and silent, are etched into space like architectural outlines, probing the role of the sensory in pure, elemental forms, devoid of ornamentation.
Drawing inspiration from both classical spatial compositions and the radical vocabulary of the Union of Modern Artists (UAM), these objects explore the relationship between geometry, gesture, and emotion.
Their raw, enduring metallic material juxtaposes everyday use with an industrial and structural aesthetic. Arranged according to axes, focal points, and proportions, they reimagine a contemporary interior scene.
