The renovation of the Services des Canaux building, which was originally dedicated to cleaning the canals of Paris, transforms it into a fishing net recycling facility, incorporating a public and educational pathway.
Two distinct routes facilitate the coexistence of artisans and visitors. The scenography, designed as a loop, illustrates the circularity of recycling and highlights every step in the net's transformation.

Presented in a staged manner, these materials reveal the hidden history of the oceans and represent an act of restoration. The project explores our relationship with materials, restoring meaning and value to what we have discarded.
