Video game music is a universal language. It conveys emotions and memories, connecting players through timeless melodies. In 2026, the Philharmonie de Paris will celebrate video game music and the different forms its has taken over time. To chronicle this evolution, a diagonal line runs along both sides of the exhibition in a gradient of colours. This central axis, designed as a guiding thread, leads visitors through the sound story of this universe. It is introduced by polycarbonate light modules that animate the visit, bringing video game music to life. The visitor experience of exploring this sound installation is designed as an adventure full of hurdles that unfolds progressively.
